Terms of Service

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AutoAI for your lawful internal business or personal purposes.

• You may install and use the desktop client on devices you own or control.
• You may not sublicense, sell, lease, or commercially redistribute the Service except as we expressly allow in writing.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
• You may not use the Service to build a competing product by copying proprietary features, content, or non-public interfaces.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules (including Meta Platform Terms when you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Messenger, or ads features; YouTube API Services Terms / Google policies when you connect YouTube; TikTok developer / platform terms when you use TikTok publishing; LINE Login / Messaging API terms when you use LINE; and Pinterest developer / platform terms when you connect Pinterest publishing).

• Automation features are based on official APIs or human-like RPA and are limited to managing accounts you lawfully own and are authorized to operate; we do not provide reverse-engineering, cracking, or other illegal access paths.
• Do not use official APIs or RPA automation through the Service for activities that violate applicable law or third-party platform rules; we may immediately suspend or permanently ban accounts upon discovery.
• Do not spam, harass, scrape unlawfully, or send content that infringes others’ rights.
• Do not use the Service for outbound or mass marketing to prospects you do not have a lawful relationship with (including SMS, messaging-app blasts, cold outreach, or similar unsolicited contact).
• Do not use the Service to increase, fabricate, or optimize social-media engagement metrics (including likes, views, followers, clicks, or reviews) through artificial or deceptive means.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, compute limits, billing, or access controls.
• Do not upload malware or interfere with the Service’s integrity or availability.
• Do not use the Service for fraud, deception, impersonation, payment abuse, fake listings, or any scheme intended to mislead users, platforms, or payment providers.
• Do not use connected messaging, posting, commenting, advertising, YouTube, TikTok, LINE, or Pinterest features in ways that violate Meta, Google / YouTube, TikTok, LINE, Pinterest, or local advertising / consumer laws (including YouTube / TikTok / Pinterest spam and community guidelines).
• You are solely responsible for content you create, send, or publish through the Service (“User Content”), including videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and comments published to YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, or other platforms, and messages sent via LINE Official Accounts you bind.
• We may immediately suspend or permanently ban accounts that engage in prohibited or fraudulent activity.

Some features require you to authorize third-party platforms (for example Meta, Google / YouTube / Calendar, WeChat, TikTok, LINE, or Pinterest). Connecting a mailbox via IMAP/SMTP requires credentials you provide and is subject to your mail provider’s terms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API limits, or account actions taken by third-party platforms. Tokens and permissions you grant may be revoked by you or by the platform at any time.

TikTok content APIs (when connected) are used only to publish or manage content you request. LINE Login is used for sign-in / account linking; LINE Official Account Messaging API (when you bind credentials) is used for messaging you request—not for LINE VOOM feed posting. Pinterest OAuth (when connected) is used only to list your boards and create Pins you request.

If you connect YouTube and/or Google Calendar, you authorize AutoAI to access Google APIs on your behalf within the scopes you grant, solely to operate user-facing Channels features such as YouTube publishing / comments / insights and Calendar event list / create / update / delete.

You must comply with applicable Google / YouTube terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service (https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service) when using YouTube features, and with Google’s API Services User Data Policy for all Google API data.

AutoAI’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in the Privacy Policy: https://www.yuansuanfa.cn/ja/privacy/.

You represent that you have the rights needed for content and actions you initiate (for example publishing to a YouTube channel you control or editing calendars you can access), and that such actions do not violate platform rules or applicable law. We may suspend Google-related features if continued use would create legal, security, or platform-compliance risk.

If you connect a mailbox in Channels (including Gmail via IMAP), you provide IMAP/SMTP settings and credentials so AutoAI can sync, read, reply to, and mark messages read on your behalf. This uses standard mail protocols—not the Gmail API or Google OAuth.

You are responsible for enabling IMAP at your mail provider, using app-specific passwords where required, and complying with your provider’s terms.

Certain features require paid plans, device capacity, or usage credits (including any AI-assisted drafting tools we may offer). Prices and entitlements are shown at purchase time or in your account.

Any AI-assisted features in the Service do not use Google API user data (including YouTube or Calendar data) to train, improve, or develop generalized AI / ML models. Google user data is used only as described in the Privacy Policy for the Google-connected features you enable.

Unless required by mandatory law or we state otherwise in writing, purchased credits / plans are non-transferable. Refund requests, if any, must follow the policy communicated at purchase or by support; unused portions after an applicable cooling-off window may not be refundable.

The Service, including software, branding, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by MetaAI Software Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain rights in your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit User Content solely as needed to operate the features you use (including transferring media to third-party platforms you authorize).

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing or other results will meet any particular business outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing and supervising actions you initiate through the Service (messages, posts, comments, ads, device operations, YouTube / TikTok / Pinterest uploads, LINE Official Account messaging) before and while they run.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period (or, if you used only free features, a nominal amount required by law).

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account / data deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, submitted to a court with jurisdiction over MetaAI Software Co., Ltd.’s domicile, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
